Scholastic Offers Printables, Lesson Plans, and other Homeschooling Resources

I'm always looking for additional teaching resources to aid the learning of my 3rd and 5th graders. When my kids were in Kindergarten, it was easier to find printables and lesson plans online... there are so many sites offering great worksheets for early learners.
Not all Kindergarten Worksheets are created equally though, and as your kids get older, it becomes more challenging to find a good variety of quality printables online. Who has time to scour the web looking? I sure don't. Occasionally I find a site I really like that offers cool lessons and worksheets on a particular topic, but ultimately falls short in others. Consequently I do a lot of jumping around, as I attempt to piece together an assignment or lesson.
Been there done that? If you have elementary or middle-school aged children, Scholastic offers worksheets, lesson plans, printable award certificates, organizers, writing prompts and so much more. Did you know this? Just visit http://printables.scholastic.com and check it out. You are free to view samples from each grade level. The plans are affordable and give you access to thousands of pages to use at home.
Whether you're homeschooling, or just trying to supplement your child's learning at home, this site has a lot to offer. I've not used Scholastic's resources... but I like what I see.
Perhaps I'll give Scholastic a try next Summer and use there resources as part of a Summer school program? Have you used Scholastic? If so, share your thoughts and experiences!
