I learned that the program for older kids and adults uses the "Orton-Gillingham approach", which is helpful for people with Dyslexia
I learned the the program uses a multi-sensory approach, which makes it effective for children who have various learning styles.

I like the Five Phonetic Skills method: five phonetic skills is an indispensable tool used to decode, pronounce, and spell new words.

There are 42 sounds to the alphabet. I have toddlers so I haven't gotten very far into phonetics yet and it's interesting!
