I've been telling my own children for the past couple years how badly I've been itching to go to D.C.... to take them to the Smithsonian, the Lincoln Memorial, and Arlington National Cemetery just to name a few. I went to D.C. 21 years ago on a class trip and have been dreaming of returning ever since. Going with my children would be a real treat... especially now that they're old enough to appreciate some of what they'd be seeing... and talk about a great field trip!
This giveaway is actually a Toot and Puddle promotion, offered through National Geographic Kid's and open to anyone who might so happen wish to enter! Having said that, I'm not sure if this giveaway is open to residents outside the US, you'd have to visit the site and look at the fine print. You'll be able to enter once a day through April 30th, giving yourself greater odds of taking home the grand prize! Secondary prizes are for Toot and Puddle books and DVD's. :)
