Learning to Manage Your Health and Well Being

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of wellnessdaily.com. All opinions are 100% mine.

Have you been struggling to manage a healthy lifestyle? It can be difficult to break bad habits while implementing healthy activities and diet changes, but in my opinion the most difficult part of living healthy is keeping that momentum going.

I can't tell you how many times I've started a new diet or exercise program only to fail again and again. I think where I usually get it wrong is that I tend to fall into the mindset of thinking of my lifestyle changes as just a temporary adjustment to what is my norm, in order that I might reach a weight loss goal, when what I really need to do is think in terms of overall health and longevity. Case in point, I usually do pretty good for about 12 weeks, at which time I'm usually pretty satisfied with what my scale tells me and either decide I deserve a break or that I look "good enough" for now. lol Nice huh? What about my overall health? I usually don't even think about it. What a shame. I think at 38 I need to reevaluate my situation and educate myself on what it takes to maintain my health, rather than just going on crash diets a couple times a year. My overall health and well being is worth a little effort after all. lol

So, maybe that is why I need www.wellnessdaily.com?  This online community offers news on healthy living, weight loss, exercise, and good mental health. You'll find healthy recipes, breakfast ideas, information on cholesterol, junk food addiction, farmer's markets, stretching and simple exercises and so much more! A healthy lifestyle shouldn't just be about trying to lose weight, it should be a life change that finds a permanent place in your life. This website is all about teaching you how to do just that. It's not simply a weight loss portal, it's packed with information on living well!

I love online communities supporting health and wellness. I was a member of one a few years ago, spending an hour or better there each day, sharing my struggles, reading the advice and struggles of others, and feeling connected to people who could relate to me. That support helped me shed 20 lbs and I was so disappointed when that website ceased to be. Maybe WellnessDaily.com will take the place of that long lost accountability partner and friend?

I'd like to encourage you to check out this website. While you're there be sure to learn about the Jennie-O Turkey Store $5.00 product rebate! Did I mention they have coupons there? lol Lately I've been a bit coupon crazy. I could tell you some stories, but I'll save that for another time. :)

Blessings!
