As it so happens I made a Dr. Seuss cake just the other day for a friend of a friend's baby shower. So... thought I'd share it with you here... it's not the traditional red and white hat you've come to be so familiar with, but rather pink and white... fitting for a baby girl!
So, what is your favorite Dr. Seuss story? There are so many, some that weren't even around when we were kids! Did you know not all the books in the Seuss collection were actually written by Dr. Seuss? My kids have a handful by newer authors. All are great reads and I love the unique style of the characters in each book.
Dr. Seuss died in 1991, but we can all continue to admire his amazing talent for bringing smiles and giggles to children and adults alike! Happy Birthday Dr. Seuss!!
